LOSS/DESCRIPTION/VALUE: Silver Ford 500

INJURIES: None

SUSPECT(S): Hispanic Male, 30 years old, 5-9, 180-200 lbs, medium build, dark eyes, mustache, medium complexion, yellowish teeth, dark hooded sweatshirt.

VEHICLE(S): no suspect vehicle was seen

BRIEF STATEMENT OF INCIDENT:
On Saturday night, 5/26/2012 at about 10:00 pm, a female victim was getting in her car in the parking lot of 560 Contra Costa Bl when she was confronted by the above described suspect. The suspect displayed a knife and got into the car with the victim. The victim was forced to drive to an area near Marina Vista Ave in Martinez where the suspect attempted to sexually assault her. The victim resisted the suspect and was able to get away. The suspect was last seen driving away in the victim’s vehicle. The victim was not injured and her vehicle has not been located.
