The Fairfield PAL Center is looking for amazing adult staff to join our efforts to help teens grow, learn, and have fun.  Apply today to become part of a team dedicated to transforming teens through sports, recreation, academics, and more. Training is provided.   Serve your community, gain advanced skills, and network as you develop your resume and advance your career.
Current openings include:

Homework Zone Activity Specialist to work Monday-Thursdays between 3 p.m. and 7 p.m. to oversee our academic programs.  This position leads weekly GPA Bootcamp programs to develop and strengthen study skills and participants in our restorative justice program leading Community Circles.  $16.19/hr

Basketball Referees to work weekday evenings between 5 p.m. and 9 p.m.  This position arranges teams, performs officiating and scorekeeping duties for basketball games. May also supervise the gym facility during games, teaches sportsmanship strategies and perform other miscellaneous duties as needed. $10.64/hr
Applications and job descriptions can be picked up at the PAL Center during hours of operation, Mon-Thur 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm, Fri 3:00 pm to 10:30 pm.  The center is located at 2195 Union Avenue in Fairfield.  Must be able to pass a City of Fairfield Police Department background review and have a valid California driver’s license. 

The Fairfield PAL program offers Fairfield, Suisun, and Travis teens a place to grow, learn and build the skills they need today and in the future. The PAL Center offers teens a safe environment, supports working families and helps students achieve by giving them opportunities right now.
The Fairfield PAL Program is open to Fairfield, Suisun, and Travis students enrolled in grades seven through twelve. Memberships are $10 per year and can be purchased at the Fairfield Community Center (1000 Webster Street) Mon-Thursday between 11:30-5:30 pm. A current student ID is required to register.
