Can you help us ID this thief?

On September 13 between 6:20pm-6:45pm a vehicle was broken into in the parking lot of 1750 Travis Bl.  One of the items that was stolen was a firearm.  The thief, and the vehicle that he left in, were caught on video surveillance footage.  He is described as a light skinned black male, 5'10", thin to medium build, with a black beard.  At the time of the theft he was seen wearing a white shirt, grey zip-up hoodie, dark jeans, black shoes, and a red hat.  The vehicle that he left in is a white, 2016-2018 Chrysler 300S with tinted rear windows.  Photos of the suspect and his vehicle are attached.
