5 Reasons For Teens To Be Excited about Fairfield PAL’s "Friday Night 3-on-3 Basketball"!!!

5 Reasons To Be Excited about Fairfield PAL’s
"Friday Night 3 on 3 Basketball"!!!

The Fairfield PAL Center invites local teens ages 13-18 to play basketball on Friday nights at our weekly "3-on-3 Pick Up League" between 6:30pm and 9:30pm.

  • Great competition!

Ten-minute games are played back-to-back. The winning team keeps the court and a team of new challengers joins them to play. Players can switch teams and try new combinations with each new game. The almost limitless team options make for some great competition on the court!

  • Referees and Scorekeepers Provided!

Trained referees and scorekeepers are provided, ensuring that the game is for the players. Players gain the most from a game that is officiated fairly and within the rules. That way every player has an equal chance to compete and be rewarded for their efforts, every game!

  • Team and MVP Medal Awards

Everyone loves recognition for a job well done! Staff will award high-quality team medals to each of the players as well as a coveted MVP medal at the end of the night during our medal ceremony.

  • It’s a great workout that you can do with current and new friends!

Basketball is a great workout that burns calories, builds endurance, improves balance and coordination, and develops concentration and self-discipline – all while the players are having a great time with old and new friends! Because games are played at PAL, there are plenty of other fun activities to engage in while you are waiting for your time on the court! Play the latest video games, visit the coffee house, or check out the other activities going on at the center while you wait your turn or rest between games.

  • Fuel up for your game with pizza!

Come early and check out the Friday Night Pizza Party held at the PAL Center thanks to our special partnership with Cenarios’ Pizza.

All participants must be PAL members to play. The Fairfield PAL Program is open to Fairfield, Suisun, and Travis students enrolled in grades seven through twelve. Memberships are $10 per year and can be purchased at the Fairfield Community Center (1000 Kentucky Street) Mon-Thursday between 11:30-5:30 pm. A current student ID is required to register. The PAL Center is located at the Sullivan Interagency Youth Services Center, 2195 Union Ave, in Fairfield CA.
