Take care while driving in this area this morning as visibility at highway speeds can go from fair to near zero very quickly. ...DENSE FOG ADVISORY IN EFFECT THROUGH 11 AM PST TODAY... The National Weather Service in Sacramento has issued a Dense Fog Advisory, which is in effect through to 11 AM PST today.
